1. Who we are

2. Purpose
The website presents the Provider's services: visibility in AI engines (AEO, GEO), SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads management, websites, mobile apps, custom software, integrations and automation. Information on the website is for guidance and is not a binding offer.
3. Prices
Prices shown are starting prices in EUR, excluding VAT. The final price is set by a written quote and contract, depending on project complexity.
4. Contracting and payment
Services are provided under a contract or an order accepted in writing (email included). Payment terms, deadlines and deliverables are those in the contract. Advertising budgets (Google, Meta etc.) are paid by the client directly to the platform.
5. Results
Google rankings and AI engine recommendations depend on third-party algorithms outside the Provider's control. The Provider commits to the professional diligence described in the contract, not to a specific ranking or result.
6. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to the Provider or its partners. Third-party trademarks (Google, OpenAI, Meta, Anthropic, Perplexity etc.) belong to their owners and are used only to indicate the platforms we optimise for; no partnership is implied. Client logos are shown as portfolio references.
7. On-site tools
The technical scan and the ROI calculator provide indicative estimates. The AI answer simulations on the home page are illustrative.
8. Governing law
Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
